Kaylee Rankin and Rachel Seeto are SPACEFLOSS Collective ☆.
Living and working on Gadigal land, they make from a unique collaborative perspective, excavating the playful, absurd and typically unobserved moments of everyday life. Their practice is concerned with the accumulation of personal archive as memory, extrapolated into installation, video art, sound design, sculpture and public workshops. Playfully engaging with themes of identity and nostalgia, they reconstruct memories to uncover the multiple truths behind our individual and shared experiences.

Kaylee Rankin is a Warrang-based multidisciplinary artist. She practises with impulse and curiosity to explore spectrums of Queer desire and its intersection with imposed shame. Through diverse material engagement she makes indulgent works begging to be played with, put in noses, and pulled apart.

Rachel Seeto is an actor and artist who's practice unravels ideas of attachment and memory to space and place. She leans into reactive mark-marking, fragmentation and reduction to allow what lies beneath plain sight to emerge. When she isn’t creating with her hands, she’s creating for the stage as an actor and performer, passionate about bold & diverse storytelling.
